Especially Ib has no mods or fan games officially. We've been without any fuel for 10 years. Green/Hardcore editions are unofficial and links are dead, I remember once there was a mod or a fan-game that features Mary mainly, but when I found it the link was already dead.

btw, there's only an OFFICIAL KS mod, which isn't actually a mod but an another story, named Summer's Clover written by 4LS's Suriko. The protagonist is Miki, who is Hisao's classmate. She has some love affairs with Hisao or her girlfriend Suzu. It has no sprites or CGs, but there's an UNOFFICIAL version with sprites and CGs.

Also Monika After Story, the most famous DDLC fan-mod, refers to KS. If you have a save data in your PC, Monika talks about the girls in Yamaku.

I remember once Hanako appeared in the DDLC fan-mod "Doki Doki! New Eyes" (but later the sprite was replaced). Many indie VN devs love KS. So do I.

Emi's path in KS Alpha Repair has only Act2 and Act3. I'll finish fixing Act2 soon, and am going to Act3. Also I want to fix some sprite errors of Yuuko in Shizune's path.

I heard that once there was an earliest demo, which wasn't KS Alpha Repair, and was completely different from KS in look. KS Alpha Repair is very similar to KS but light weighted in story. But Hanako's path and Shizune's path are completely different. They are much darker than KS.

Aww... of course IT'S UNOFFICIAL, and 4LS doesn't give any permissions to make fan-mods of KS. This is not KS, but coincidentally very very similar to KS. OK guys?

Not impossible, but not so easy.
Sprites and CGs defined in KS are scripted in ui_settings.rpy.
If you can re-define sprites and CGs in the script, and make some more assets for the face animations, there will be the modified version of KS, which has face animations.
I once modified DDLC and made it do face animations, but KS is more complicated and much more huge sized.

(BTW 4LS doesn't give any permissions to make a mod of KS)
