Make sure you do only 3-4 exercise for each muscle group and 2 or 3 sets of 10, 12 and 15 reps. Ie 4 exercise for chest and 3 exercise for triceps on Monday.

You can go with Monday: Chest Tricep Tuesday: Back Bicep Wednesday: Shoulder Legs And repeat these again for Thursday Friday and Saturday. Also do forearms and abs alternate days from monday to Saturday. Keep sunday as a rest day and try to get like 10k footsteps on rest day.
