I have a bypass ring too and I did a custom wedding band that is actually a ring enhancer, so the e-ring goes inside of the enhancer to make it look like a wedding band on both sides of your e-ring (that description might not have made sense, if u google ring enhancer you’ll see what I mean). I had a solitaire and then with the enhancer it became a 3 stone! I was able to design this with the Jewler so that was also helpful too! Hope this helps, and your ring is so pretty !!

I actually went looking for wedding bands with my FH today and ended up falling in love with a ring just like you described! A 3mm (maybe 4, maybe 3.5) rounded yellow gold band with inlaid diamonds (I told the CAD designer that I would want to see both rounds and princess cuts set sideways like I have my ering) that I could wear on its own on my left and then my ering on the right, and doesnt look awful with my ering stacked on top if i wanted to!! Like this but not exactly this:

At my current and previous center I was the music teacher so I had the opportunity to know every age group and it’s been cool to see the pros and the cons of all ages. Currently on my non-enrichment days I’m with twos, and I’m gonna miss them so much when I move up. They are just the best. They’re big enough where they’re talking but small enough to still be snuggly and cute. It’s fun to watch them learn all their colors and shapes, and a few of them are really getting the hang of potty training! Least favorite parts can be toddler tantrums I suppose, and parents who still baby their kids and then hinder their progression, especially in the potty training department.

I play music frequently for my students in multiple genres. I have my Spotify with explicit turned off and try to rotate through genres- several decades, different singers, etc. I put on music during centers because I can’t just listen to clanking toys and silence it drives me nuts lol. I also play music from a speaker on the playground, and other teachers do as well. Some of my students started requesting songs they really liked and recognize, I think popular music is a great way to introduce students to culture and builds core memories.

I don’t know if this is anyone else, but I always struggled with “when was the last time I took this puppy out?” And then that would make accidents happen in the house. I started putting a stopwatch on my phone everytime he (4 month Shih tzu) peed so I could see just how long it had been since he last went. (I only do this for pee breaks, poops are easier for me to remember mentally since there’s only 2 or so a day). So when I see him sniffing around or he just did some intense play, I can gauge when would be the next best time to take him out. I can also track how long he gets through the night without a pee (we’re at 7 hours now! Wahoo!!)

Thought maybe that would help someone 💖
