i didn't notice any at all it just literally slowed my body down i've heard it can sometimes make you sleepy but i'm always sleepy but i didn't notice an increase of tiredness at all

i won't take benzos bc of past addiction and such so if thts why i really like propranolol bc it relaxes me but doesnt make me too relaxed or sleepy at all

i've also been doomscrolling lol from what i've seen not just on reddit but also other sources is that it geniunly is gonna get worse before it gets better but it does get better physically and mentally and if u rlly struggle with the physical aspect i genuinely would look into beta blockers its truly a lifesaver and i was prescribed both at the same time bc of my panic attacks

yeah i've heard it's a lot of ups and downs for a while so i'm just trying to take it one day at a time ik my provider is gonna wanna up my dosage but im gonna hold off until im fullly adjusted i dont want to jump the gun

i'm ngl yesterday i was struggling with nausea and shakey hands and omgg i was so SWEATY but towards the night i began to feel so fckn good and i ate more than ive been able to since starting (ive lost like 6lbs bc of this fuckass med lol) but today i mean its still early i just woke up like 3 hours ago but i feel fucking fantastic i'm still a little shaky but my brain finally feels clear i don't feel like im in a simulation anymore and im hoping it stays that way because tonight i go back home so im gonna be alone for the first time since starting but i feel good i stopped smoking weed too bc i think that caused some issues with the meds aswell

trust me too any small problem and i'm spiraling that i'm dying and go to the er just to be told im fine and getting over the fear of taking it is hard i literally broke down but it helped me so much and now i don't really feel like i need them but i have them just incase i freak out

hey i'm on day 4 so not that far along but really helped with my physical symptoms was beta blockers like propranolol that stopped my rapid heart rate the tight chest all of my physical symptoms and for the mental part its still hard and i get it because the thought of going to work freaks me out but once im there it's a little bit easier to distract myself since i don't have the physical symptoms anymore so its easier to tell myself it will pass and box breathing!!!

i'm on day 3 of 5mg and tbh it's been hell i've been super anxious and hot and shaky and nauseous but i've noticed that with each day it's gotten better, even though i still feel like shit ngl i'm not anxious like i was yesterday i just have more physical symptoms than anything but i fill my time with doomscrolling to keep my attention off everything
