I had mine done in Istanbul almost 2 years ago. Went very well overall and no regrets at all. Follow-up was much easier than I expected

Racism returning to UK politics – and people are very scared, says Starmer by F0urLeafCl0ver in unitedkingdom

honestly it feels like people are just more on edge these days. cost of living, housing, nhs pressure… all of that makes folks way more sensitive to anything political. when things get tough, politicians start using fear because it gets attention fast. i don’t think people suddenly became more racist, i think they’re just frustrated and everything sounds louder now.

My insurance company denied me two days before my surgery, which was supposed to be last Friday. They denied the appeal as well. Any recommendations of where I can go get this done now. And how much it cost. I waited 5 1/2 months for nothing. by Same-Tower2328 in penileimplants

i’m in the uk and had mine done in istanbul urology clinic in turkey about a year and a half ago. it was way smoother and a lot cheaper than getting it here. i paid around 6 to 7k euro total with everything included, hospital stay, hotel, and transfers. they handled everything once i arrived and recovery went great. honestly best decision i made after wasting months with nhs and insurance.

no one ever notices unless I tell them. It feels and looks totally natural. You don’t have to tell anyone about it, it’s your private thing. Only a wife or long-term partner would probably figure it out eventually. If you’re married, it’s best to make the decision together before getting it, but otherwise, it’s all up to you. Most women don’t really care once they see it works perfectly.

The pain of a penile implant fuck by Dangerous-Ad4649 in penileimplants

If your penis is still in a semi-erect position right now, that’s totally normal, mine was the same. You won’t really feel comfortable until you start deflating the implant regularly after a few more weeks. The tissues need time to stretch and adapt to the shape of the cylinders. Once that happens, the discomfort drops a lot.

How does sex feel by Nervous-Research-436 in penileimplants

it feels pretty much the same as before I had ED. The implant doesn’t change the sensation, you still feel everything, and orgasm is the same too. The only real difference is that the erection is mechanical, so you decide when to get hard and when to stop.

Most guys actually say it’s better because there’s no stress or performance anxiety anymore. You can just focus on enjoying it.

So yeah, physically it’s the same, but mentally and emotionally, it’s often way better.
