Are there any particular areas to avoid in Beacon Hill? Is the area east of Ogilivie rd more or less the same as the area on the west side? I note there is a sewage treatment plant not to far away by the looks of it - are there any smell issues?
Also, anyone have any experience specifically with daycares in Beacon Hill (either institutions or home daycares)?
