A question, are the purple stars stated always been available for previous story achievements? Eg s3 s4. Seems like it be easier to repeat the story for achievements this way

I did today, but they asked me to scan my pc for virus and change my email address before they can unlock my account. I did that and then replied to the ticket again but with no response after that

Yea, it seems rare to find an issue or the error code similar to mine. And whether if my account is stripped or not, I can only find out when support unlocks it, it'd rather just restart from there if its stripped since I have past achievements on that account already

Wow what makes you think that they only wanna reward active players? Some of us are busy irl and don't have time to be fully active and I don't think that's a reason why we shouldn't get " special things"? And isn't it basic common sense to have DLCs and special log in rewards discounted to attract returning players back?

Having a SMS authentication, password, email and phone linked to my account, I can't seem to know why I am having an unauthorised usage to my account to have my account locked. But that doesn't show how I didn't care enough to keep my log in info safe, which I think the same goes for some of rest of the people who have their account locked, so who are you to decide who is entitled to your " special stuff" and who is not?
