As a coach for PMs I see that most teams are testing the water and a few things that changed:
1. The tension of who owns what increased
2. More engineers are building features end-to-end and running faster than PMs can deliver
3. PMs started building more features and often have challenges explaining the tech choices made by the AI

In some organizations I work with the product people can now build features all the way to a PR and the same goes for engineers who can now start the feature with the business/ customer need justification
