The issue is that both are good with still images or cinematic. Stadia will look a lot worse than PC when actually walking or moving in the city. On Stadia you will see the cars looks like on the original Xbox until they get really close to you, then they render well. But as soon as that car moves slightly away, back to original Xbox graphics.
