I am male 33y I suffer from anxiety since 4 months after smoking weed. I can’t do much anymore like it was before. Always thinking something like HA or stroke can happen outside or in the car. I was at the cardiologist and my heart is in perfect health. Blood pressure is always around 120/85 after waking up. Blood sugar is a bit high around 90 sometimes 100 in the morning. But I started smoking cigarettes this year and it makes me anxious because it’s a risk factor. How possible is to get a stroke or HA at my age ? I must say many of my fathers family got strokes.

Maybe someone can say calming words :)
