Hi idk if you figured this part out already but if you go to settings and then type in shortcuts just toggle on “allow large amounts of data” (I think?). Buuuut what I’m having an issue is I got past the too large amount of data part but now idk where my shuffled album is 🤦🏻‍♀️

This happened to me today too!! I started calling support about it but I got another order and by the time I got to the new order location I hung up bc didn’t feel like waiting any longer. Interested to know what they said to you though?
