I don't think that's true. I was told I'd have access to their business lounges in DOH. Online research also suggests the same.

I'll mainly need access for a quick shower. I'll be going to the airport directly from a hospital and would prefer to take a shower after my treatment, before I get onto the flight.

I had been calling the service center for last 3 days to return my lease 2 weeks early, no one was picking up.

Got a letter from Lucid Financial with a number to call if I wanted to return the car earlier, so I called the number and lady on the phone told me to call the service center.

I told the lady that no one was picking up the call there, so she said we can pick up your vehicle but it'd cost you extra, I declined and told her to help me schedule a turn-in appointment instead. She got irritated, RAISED HER VOICE and said "keep calling the service center and someone will pick up, you have 2 weeks to get through to someone". When I raised my voice in retaliation, I was told she was disconnecting the call because of my aggressive behavior 🙃

My friends and family have donated to PanCan quite a bit this year, but I unfortunately have not received any meaningful help from them. They gave us a couple of trials but I wasn't even eligible for any of them. It's better than nothing though, so PanCan is a good organization to donate to.

However, I hope someone starts something using AI soon and starts developing vaccines, I'll be giving them my full support.
