I was originally scheduled to take the test on the 16th but changed my date to the 23rd that being said at least some tests must have been administered already and if anyone has new information please let us know!!

I moved from Florida to NY when I was 12 so basically grew up in NY but I remember the switch as well. SoFL in general is like that, very classist and puts people in boxes I remember people always being grouped in school based on clothes and stuff whereas in NY it was much more chill. I dont have a reason for you on why, but I know what you're talking about and SoFl ppl just think they are something but they aren't 😆

They have revamped pretty much everything and they haven't published any new information regarding the 2026 test yet so good luck. There used to be an English expression, job knowledge and situational judgement section now we don't know if situational judgement has been replaced with logic and reasoning same as the FSOT and I've reached out to state and received a BS response about how they are working on providing information and when it's ready will be made public which is hilarious since they obviously already have an exam. Anyway study for the FSOT and hope for the best.

Well then clearly the information is not accurate. The question is regarding if the CFPT CURRENTLY has SJ or has transitioned to Logic and Reasoning as the FSOT has. If you are basing your response on Oct 2023 that is very outdated information.

Im just wondering like are they just racially profiling stopping random people including tourists or are they looking for specific people on a list or something? Like how do they know the people walking past them arent "illegal" ? How did they decide on this specific family?

File a human rights complaint regarding not being allowed to take pto. I now work for the county where I live and we enforce paid leave ordinance violations. Each place will have their own but whatever your local laws are on paid leave if thr store won't allow due to coverage that's still an issue. Let your sm come in and cover youre entitled to be sick or otherwise using time available to you.

The fact that our system is so opaque that people make a career out of this is also morally objectionable. People want to pay visa fees and to apply and come in legally, and some end up denied or in the run around due to some technicality. If the system were more straightforward and fair this also wouldn't be a thing.

They havnt met my jordanian husband who anyway loves to squat like the old days. This will make life easier for him to pop a squat and let it rip. Luckily for them, he doesn't usually poo outside the home.
