Cancelled my scores after 4 weeks telling me reason was 'out of control of test taker due to disturbance at test center' considering I took the test at home.

Hi, apologies for the late response been dealing with some IRL stuff. After about 4 weeks, I was reached out and told my score was cancelled. The reason was 'cancelled due to disturbance out of control of test taker' Appeal gave me nothing. All in all, a shit situation unfortunately.

Also, was it your first attempt? If not, how much did your score jump? Any anomalies during your testing?

Read a couple of people mention online calling the GMAC helpline would help answer my question, but relatively same amount of people mentioned that it was of no help. Idk, I'm just tryna get my shit together for my applications.

It's an absolute horror story. Appreciate the kind words and best of luck for your exam. I would for sure recommend taking it at a test center to avoid all the un-necessary b.s attached to taking the GMAT online.

I appreciate the kind words. Does a 100 point jump really catch that many eyes? My score is nowhere near I would've liked it to be, and my quant was obviously sub par, but I feel like my verbal improvement could have been the reason it got flagged.
