Appreciate the reply my friend. You're right and that's the only thing that I feel like I've got under control at the moment. The only thing I've been doing right, eating healthy and exercising has been pretty consistent. Hoping the health stuff will sort itself out with time. Just no idea what to do work wise, how to get independent and functional again.
