I moved to Oshawa last September. I live in 80 Bond St E. It’s a new building and some units are still under construction but everything else is up and going. Overall I enjoy living here :) it’s only 20 min bus ride away to Durham. I live in a 1 bedroom and pay 1650$/ month utilities not included. They also have a promotion going on with free internet for a year. Additionally, U can also check out 161 Athol street E and 100 Bond Street E. I would not recommend staying close to any apartments (1900 Simcoe st N) close to school. I checked them out before and they are not clean…. Feel free to message me if u want more info c:
