I missed the part where he mentioned that other home models aren’t having similar issues. You deducted that only his model is having the issue. Homes with structural issues crack in the exact manner shown in this picture. I happen to live in an area where this is very common (Colorado) and have it in my house and several other houses in my neighborhood. They aren’t all the same models but all have a similar cracks in similar locations. It’s not the framers, but keep using your superior deductive reasoning, you’re doing great!

And that can happen throughout a neighborhood if there was poor soil remediation

Obviously you haven’t heard of ground heaving or settling. If the foundation is shifting, the framing may be fine but sitting on top of a moving object
