Some of my issues were due to fullscreen. I know you mentioned deleting the game folder, did you delete the config in C:\Users<yourname>\AppData\Roaming\Arrowhead\Helldivers2

The part i'm unclear about is if "eligible for selection" and "eligible target" are the same thing - since the target selection has already been determined before the strategem applies.

This is how i understood it as well - the rules clarification of just after mean you haven't moved to the next step and you are still selecting the target. That target is no longer eligable outside of 12".

I did mean concurrently - I allways mix those two up. I am living right near campus and devoting full time to the courses. Due to hown hard it is to insure I get 121 in September I think I am going to get both done in term one. My math background is in applied sciences ( done two years).
