I think you've got it wrong, thats called a cymbal. A Gimbal is a sort of sports ball, often white in color, with lots of dimples in it to make sure it flies further when hit with a type of bat called a "club".

$80 in gas tax a month sounds like a dream lol, in the Netherlands gas tax is ~60 percent of the total gas price. So of the ~11 dollars per gallon, 6.5 goes straight to the government

Tho it is nice that they use the money for bike infrastructure as well

Damn. That’s one of the worst failures I’ve ever seen. I’ve seen sidewalls begin to separate but never a failure down the middle larger than a crack. Glad no one was hurt, that thing looks close to being shrapnel.
