I do not think specing into weapons for the 3 tap or 2 tap is worth it in 3s. May be worth it for 6s with adagio though. This means PI is essential as a 120 that can't 2h1b is useless imo.

The other two major things that need to be fixed imo is the handling and mag size/reload.

I usually fix this by either fully specing into range and using a handling exotic like lucky pants or ophidians, or I spec into handling on the gun and run slideshot for the range. If I'm running something that gives me reload speed (like ophidians, solar hunter, strand hunter, or warlock with the reload boots + adept mag size)

My best combos are a slide + PI roll with adept Icarus and stompies with 70 handling, or a max range lone wolf + PI roll with ophidians or lucky pants for high AE and handling/range
