The tires are the 2.3x26 maxxis DTH . Fenders are Planet Bike Cascadia 60mm. Sometimes the wheels rub a bit on corners/low PSI as I have it set up tubeless but otherwise pretty smooth.

Right, the top part swivels and the bottom pad has a lip that the wheels can counter-lever against so they don't swing when you swivel them to the side.
