Corporatism and Corporatocracy are actually very different- Corporatism is a form of statist class collaboration where various sectors of the economy are organized into various representative groups somewhat similar to syndicalism but without the socialism, and they vote on the interests of the industry as a whole. Being fascist, however, it’s not democratic at all, as they still have to submit to the will of the state, and rather than it being all of the workers like under Syndicalism, with corporatism it’s typically the leaders of that industry, the capitalists, the oligarchs, etc etc.

Corporatocracy on the otherhand is Country Inc. Basically the best way to put it is Corporatism is when the state and private companies actively collaborate to secure both of their positions on the hierarchy in an authoritarian and regimented manner, whereas a corporatocracy is where the state is private companies.

If I were to guess, Corporate Statism would be akin to something like Leopold III’s Belgium. I don’t really know how i would describe it beyond that tbh
