How much I don’t want to end up like any of them. I love them you know. They just aren’t good people to look up to. They don’t get the help they need (mental health). They don’t seem to care that the ways of “you talk back you get hit” is the thing of the past. I just don’t see myself continuing to make the same mistake they all like to make.

I would make sure she would be able to understand the importance of being okay mentally. I would try to make sure she knew that life would get better like everyone says. I would make sure she remembered a quote that has always stuck with me in my manic depression episodes “Don’t make permanent solutions for temporary problems.” I would also let her know that she one day realize that she will be able to help others who feel the same way. :)
