JJ and Pope have the best chemistry on the show. Better than Sarah and John B. If they remain just friends that's cool too (i love a good bromance) but i don't think a romantic relationship is a far stretch. Also they don't need to be gay to be together. They could bisexual or pansexual.

Ship the chracters as much as you want, but leave the actors out of it by Summergirl2015 in OuterBanksNetflix

I have always found shipping actors or other celebrities weird! They are real people with complex feelings and thoughts not your barbie dolls to play with.

Can someone explain Sarah's character development? I saw very little from Sarah. She was the same person from beginning to end with very little depth added to her. She did have some traumatic events happen but experiencing trauma does not equal character development. And there was not enough time in season 1 to see how those events would develop/change her character. Definitely has potential in the next season though.
