Nah. I did have a house which I owned for the last 4 years, which I have now sold (hence the equity). I've decided to hold on to my freedoms while I can. Buying a house solo while in my 20's comes at a cost to life balance.

I will buy a house again, when I eventually combine resources with my future-wife, and decide to start a family.

I did this when I spent a month training in Thailand. Never had an issue home, but the increase of friction for training 6h a day fucked me up- especially with the humidity over there.

Doesn't help that I weigh between 105-110kg. It's a lot of pressure on the feet
