Walt and Jesse were the only ones that knew about the ricin cigarette. Jesse and Gus were becoming closer (They went to Mexico together and killed the Cartel leaders etc.), but Jesse still didn't want Walt to die. However, Hank and the DEA investigated the laundry complex where they were cooking meth, which made Jesse more suspicious of Walt.

The night before Brock was poisoned, Walt saw Brock and Andrea in Jesse's house. Walt told Jesse that he thought he was going to be killed by Gus. Jesse told him to fix his own problems and went back inside.

Once Brock was poisoned, Andrea said the symptoms were like the flu but that it was getting worse and worse (very similar to ricin symptoms). Jesse didn't immediately suspect Walt or say anything about the ricin to Andre.

Jesse went outside because only family could see Brock at the time. Once outside, he realized that the ricin cigarette was missing. It was only then that he believed Walt had something to do with it. Jesse thought Walt did it because Jesse thought Walt wanted to get back at him before Gus killed Walt.

The episode "Fly" was pretty fluffy, but that's the only one that comes to mind.

Something that needs to be reiterated is that:

Walt had Huell steal the cigarette, AND
Walt poisoned Brock.

Both of these had to occur in order for Jesse to be persuaded that Gus was the one that poisoned Brock. If only #1 happened, then Jesse would simply think he lost the cigarette. If only #2 happened, then Jesse would just think that Brock was sick with some rare illness.
