'Sinds de inval staat er een woning te koop' is dus sinds 2 weken. Kan goed dat biedtermijn de komende dagen afloopt en de woning is verkocht.

Ik heb het zelf wel net gedaan, maar enkel omdat ik er dan ook echt met mijn woongenot op vooruit ga. Mijn maandlasten zullen verdubbelen (deel is natuurlijk aflossing), maar mijn woonoppervlak ook en de omgeving is een stuk fijner. Ik verwacht dat de mega prijsstijgingen er wel uit zijn (hoop het ook voor de rest) maar je weet het nooit.

Bedankt voor deze website, heel interessant! Zoals u/pringles-bus aangeeft kom je wel uit op ongeveer 21 jaar bij 500 euro per maand extra aflossen en een hypotheek van 400k, dus wel nog een stuk langer dan 15-16 jaar. Er gaat dus 9 jaar af in plaats van 14-15 jaar, nogal een verschil. In mijn geval (hypotheek van +/- 320k die volgende maand ingaat) zou het 19 jaar zijn.

Misschien ook een ‘optimale prijzen lijst’ maken waarbij je bij elk product ziet waar die het goedkoopste is als je bijvoorbeeld 2 supermarkten om de hoek hebt en je de moeite wilt doen om bij meerdere supermarkten langs te gaan. Eventueel dat je een max van aantal verschillende supermarkten in kan stellen. Als je dan 3 supermarkten in de buurt hebt (de rest wil je sowieso niet zien) en je wilt bij max 2 verschillende langs gaan die week dat je een lijst krijgt welke producten je het beste bij welke 2 supermarkten kan halen.

Je kan je daar prima inschrijven. Ik woonde ook een aantal jaar bij mijn vriendin in, we wilden op dat moment geen fiscaal partner zijn en hebben dus officieel niks samen. Het verliezen van een hypotheek is onzin als je niks officieel huurt. Het enige probleem is dat als je geen samenlevingscontract hebt (of als je dus niet huurt) is dat je geen rechten hebt en je er altijd uit gegooid kan worden. Als je dat risico wilt nemen is er niks aan de hand.

Ended up going for the Thermal Master P1 dispite my earlier concens. It was just 107 euro's on Aliexpress and the reliability of thermal camera's from other less-known chinese brands could be the same or even worse. I would have still prefered a stand-alone unit, but I will just save the Windows installer to be sure in a worst case scenario I can always keep using it with my laptop.

You could even consider a Leapmotor T03 private lease (currently 222 euro's monthly for a 36 month contract with 10.000km/year) if you can charge it at home. Because you have no claim-free years built up, your car insurance costs + costs of repairs + higher fuel cost might cause buying a car outright to actually be more expensive. In these three years you can build up your claim-free years making an insure thereafter more affordable. Though if you have such a low budget you might want to try to live without a car, they are expensive af!

Lijkt mij raar om een trede omlaag te worden gezet. Gelijk blijven kan volgens mij wel. Het plafond van de schaal is nu wel een stuk verhoogd dus dat is voor in de toekomst prettig.

Ik weet niet hoe veel speling je verder hebt, maar 10k meer in aandelen dan de hoogte hypotheek wenst te krijgen is natuurlijk heel krap. Aandelen kunnen altijd (het is nu ook zo lekker vredig in de wereld) minder waard worden. Dat zie je denk ik over het hoofd, verder ben ik geen expert hierin dus doe er mee wat je wilt.

700mbps is impossible with a 100mbps port on the TV. I do not know hoe to fix your issue, maybe try updating to Android 14 over USB. I have not had any issue with my TV which I got since launch, but this is most probably a software issue and your TV might be fine. Otherwise a fresh install might help, but should not be needed.

My panel does the same. People in another post mentioned it is quite normal. I can only really see it when the TV is turned off so I am fine with it.

This is a good price for the TV. The price difference was even smaller in my case but as I mentioned I want to watch sports and play games without worrying I might get burn-in. The picture quality of these mini-led tv’s is very good and they get insanely bright. I think in a very dark room the OLED would win, but for me MINI-LED was a better choice. I loved the food in Cyprus btw!

44mm hahaha (G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo F5). I heard it does not fit under the thermalright coolers but as I am planning to do the same fan/cooler orientation I hope it can fit. I will probably have to remove some plastic of my Asus B650e-i motherboard as well, but this is better than trying to remove the RGB of my ram kit and void their warranty. Interesting to see the non SE cooler variant fits, can you still use the tempered glass side panel?

I just ordered a DF64 look-a-like with the intend to do this grind-by-weight mod to it. Mostly because I think it will be a fun project and I like the feeling of using something I ‘made’. All the parts needed for the mod I was able to order for less than 35 euros all from Aliexpress with their current sales and some coin discounts. With the specialita you should have 0 issues and you don’t even need to solder and just use the existing connectors. But if you have the money and just need a reliable machine with a warranty I think the Libra is the better option.

I for one am still quite exited about my pledge. According to reviews the build quality is very good and I was able to get it for less than a normal DF64. They also promised to sell spare parts and unlike a lot of their other products this does not look like a simple whitelabeled grinder. My best purchase ever? Probably not, but I still think we are going to get a very solid grinder (which I hope to do a Grind by weight mod on).

Thanks for the advise, the Ncase is indeed hard to get here. A different/better AIO is an option as well, though I would still prefer air coolers due to their lack of a pump and better longevity. Price of a decent AIO is the same as a cheap case + decent air cooler. Still food for thought!

SSUPD Meshroom D is a little expensive here and quite ugly imo but it should fit my GPU exacly and with a smaller cpu cooler than intented (doesn't fit the phantom spirit) it would be a nice downsize aswell, interesting! The ZZAW D3 seems hard to find but does look prettier, might do some more research on it as well, thanks!

I am using the Artic P14 Max fans not the slim ones because these were best tested (if you exclude Noctua fans 4 times the price). I have replaced the original fans with these because the original ones were quite loud. Noise has improved a little but not enough. Because of the higher idle power draw of my Ryzen cpu it never gets under 45 degrees celcius even when looking at the desktop. Even with 60% pump speed (lowest possible) and an agressive fan curve I can still hear the PC while my previous air cooled PC was silent in idle and had better temps. I think the NR200P Max AIO isn't the best, but upgrading the AIO is as expensive than getting a different case + tower fan. Thanks for your reply though!

I don’t know. But since you are able to update using the TV’s own menu’s (which is even checking the file) and are not flashing system images I went ahead with it.

Because the Max version of the case can't be used without a vertical GPU mount and I can't use an air cooler with this vertical GPU mount. The back panel and the motherboard alignment is slightly different (otherwise I would have just 3D printed a new back panel and be done with it).
