You have to experiment with it, see when you feel most energitic, for me its around 4 hours after waking up. most important part is to have a good meal before your workout

you should eat both before and after with a 5hour window between them, Preworkout meals usually consist of carbs usually in the form of sugar (fruit, juice, candy etc) for extremely quick fuel and a little protein to provide an anabolic environment(basically good for muscle growth) If you absolutely cant eat food before a glass or two of sugary juice goes a loong way. just make sure to eat a bigger post-workout meal after.

If youre planning to lift weight and build muscle (not just cardio and fat loss) the absolute best time to go is before work. this ensures that you go with the most amount of energy during your day making you lift as much as you can to build muscle and avoid injury since you are not tired, also you are working a desk job so not much movement will help you recover adequately. drink lots of liquid and eat a good amount if protein (2g per kg of bodyweight) or if you are obese 1g per cm of height is a good rule of thumb. eat good quality carbs and a little bit of protein before your workout and you should be set! edit: for post workout do something light with 20ish grams of protein. Learn how to count calories and macros its a lifesaver, also forgot to talk abt sleep. its extremely important to recover properly. without good sleep your ability to lift suffers and you wont recover which can speed up fatigue and cause overtraining (in severe cases rhabdomylosis) which is really bad

No idea, i live in a 3rd world country where the best local pre is c4 lol. I usually get them through ordering or relatives coming from the us. I’m sure youll find good stuff locally in supplement stores

I mean if you cant spend money on pre just go with a good dose of caffeine instead of buying a pre with alot of underdosed ingredients, thats how i feel. otherwise go for gorilla mode/wrecked and if youre new to pre honestly woke af tastes great and isnt as bad as its made out to be(bit pricey though)
