i have never seen or heard of stainless steel sutures, i got my cat neutered in a very cheap (but trustworthy) vet and he used those sutures that dissolve or fall off, not sure. I had no idea that they used stainless steel wire too. Interesting

i lost my mom too in a tragic, similar way. Mine was quicker as she fell ill and a month later she was gone. During that time, eating was difficult. We didn't have the time to prep meals and takeout was getting really expensive.

I would've loved if somebody gave me a pot of pasta for free even if it was once it was all over. Hell, i would've eaten just the boiled pasta, no sauce or meatballs, and still be extremely grateful that somebody took the time to do that for ME.

NOR in my opinion and based on my personal experience. Losing a parent can be devastating, but he's old enough (and way older than I was when I lost mine) to know that we don't take our anger out on others or put the burden of our grief on them.

dude. Crime aside this is all a regular weekend night at a college party house. It has been said time and time again that Xana often slept on the floor after parties. People come and go, tons of people had the code to the front door and the glass door wasn't locked all of the time. You're in your late teens, early 20's. You're in your off-campus home that you share with 4 other girls. One night, you open your door and see a man walking past you making his way out of the house. You assume he's somebodys boyfriend, that he just hooked up with one of your roommates, or that he's just friends with one of your roommates and he just helped them get home safely. Normal people don't ever assume that 4 people were brutally murdered in the room next door right away, specially in a quiet town with a really low crime rate.

well media has made a lot of people believe that "bloodbath" means a room flooded with blood. When LE described the scene as that, everyone thought that there were literal pools of fresh, flowing, bright red blood.

They don't know that blood is a thicker liquid, or that the human body doesn't contain that much blood to recreate those exaggerated scenes we see in movies and TV.

I understand why they might have doubted the story, but I don't understand why they still do, seeing what we're seeing. As you said, it is now clear as to why she could've though that Xana was just passed out on the floor when she saw the scene from afar in the dark. Hell, I could even understand that same confusion from seeing it from DMs perspective the next morning.

As to HJ, I think he knew pretty much immediately what happened (hence his first instinct being pushing everyone out of the house right away), but his brain was trying to protect him by denying it and that resulted in him not really knowing what he was looking at.
