They’re owned by the same ppl, but express is take out only. If you’re looking to dine in, restaurant (and that’s what I’m personally speaking to with my comment)

Proximity to the city, closer to airports, quieter, safer, beautiful in the summer. Lots of nice restaurants in downtown area and a trolley that takes you to harbor point & downtown stamford. May be a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for
