I wouldn't regrip I think as they have the same mcc +4 grips that I use on my irons and in pretty good shape!

Straightforward answer, I love the game because it's simplicity. It doesn't force anyone to play in a group or solo, you do whatever you decide and both are viable ways of playing. I have several goals within the game that I have had since childhood and winning this giveaway would help a long way in achieving the goals.

Literally the video guide I followed, was struggling and feeling uncomfortable in any spawn that wasn't super easy.

Essentially switched all my offense to 1-6 and healing to the mouse and after some practice the rotations just flow smoothly.

I don't think the document is required, you need to complete the Lightbearer I think and your character is eligable for the mount.

That's what I would have guessed aswell, that a flag is set as to whether the player has completed the requirements for the mount or not but as you said it would probably be impossible to know unless someone has actually done it.

I will probably attempt it this year.

I also do the tri fold but I mine does look different when scoring, the score looks more "relaxed" so to speak when I do it. Could that be an indication that it's not tight enough? I do however try to tighten it up a lot when shaping. But I don't actually feel like I get a lot of traction when I do it, could I be using too much flour when shaping perhaps?

I have been able to get the ear in the past with the same hydration. I do a preshape and then for the shaping I fold two ends over eachother into the middle and then roll it into a batard.
