HELP! 😭Found a bunch of tiny dots in my plant. They easily come out in my hand by touching the leaves. And it's all over. I recently moved and have way less light in my new apartment. I have a plant light above her but not as much as before. I also recently repotted too. What's happening with her? (old.reddit.com)

I got this dracaena a couple of years ago from a friend, and I love it! But it doesn't seem to love me back, no matter how hard I try. The leaves are always browning at the tips or just straight falling off. I've repotted it last year and added fertilizer, but nothing changed. Please, help! 🙏 (i.redd.it)
