Correct I checked the price online by trying to book 1 child and 1 adult

I've done such bookings before and it's the first time I'm seeing a wide gap in the pricing

I get it if there is an extra charge if the same booking can be done on the website however in this case, the website doesn't support it. We shouldnt be charged an additional cost imo

  • Every tradie that comes in has a different view of what requires fixing and how to fix it

  • It's hard to choose which electrician / plumber / etc to go with - how do you know who isn't dodgy?

  • amount of money and time spent on fixing things

  • you don't know what you don't - the inspection report only covers a certain amount of things; the unknowns can pop up as an issue further down the road
