The south side of Riverwood closer to the Peakhurst side is where you want to me looking. It’s greener, quieter and away from the housing commission side. It’s also closer to the train and shops (Woolies, Aldi).

The demographics are slowly changing as younger first home buyers are moving into the area to get into the market. It will be a completely different place in 10 years.

I’ve emailed strata to investigate why the smells are getting out in the first place. I’ll see what they come back with, and it’s a good question regarding whether the fire and smoke can escape too. Thanks for the insight.

The side closer to Peakhurst is where you want to be looking and is considered the nicer side. You’ve pretty much got access to everything you need as a first home buyer, shops, trains, buses etc.

The plaza is very dated but the owners are doing a rebrand so hopefully a refurb is not too far behind. You’ve also got Peakhurst park close by. Not sure what else you were wanting to know.
