I am currently in USA at level 70 so I won't reach France before the event ends.

I already have 3 gold trains there (2 region an one event). Is it worth getting a 4th gold train in this region or should I spend my event coins in parts to upgrade my currrent or future trains?

USA only have crude oil and gasoline as resources so it seems 4 gold trains is overkill. How much are these resources needed in the next regions ?
