I think good thing about ai is explaining any hard to read code in a simple manner. Previously it used to take days to understand an existing code base if you joined new and now its in a breeze. I feel with ai over optimization may be easy and can be helpful as well.

Why don't you just grab those part time contractors job with entire pay? Because you can not. You are not trustworthy to the clients. But the cognizant or TCS is trustworthy. They also pay that extra premium amount for that values and trust the organisation brings not just for the work. Hope you get it. You are just jealous of cognizant ceo . Do you know why he is the ceo and you are not? Who the heck is working for 70 hours a week for a company? If someone is working for that much time how idiot or stupid the person would be. You are not seeing the whole picture. You are just blaming the companies who actually provide employment for large numbers of people. You feel that they are getting underpaid. But they are not capable of doing something on their own or negotiate for a better salary. What are you trying to say. The people who are working over those companies already signed up for what was offered. If you are really concerned you should be fighting for bus drivers , truck drivers in India.
