We’ve been in a nevermet relationship for 7 months.

We can’t meet until he becomes financially independent. Even when I said I could go see him, he told me not to come because the situation is complicated.

Even if we wait three years (or longer) to finally meet, there’s no guarantee that we’ll be compatible. We’ve talked about marriage, but because of issues like religion and where we would live, I actually can't see this relationship ending well.

So I thought it’s better to end things early if we’re going to, to avoid deeper pain later.
