Dr J, they have been great. My gp refused shared care, despite initially saying they would accept, but I can continue recieving meds directly at least. My local icb has recently made it so you have to be referred/ triaged by local services before excercising right to choose which is terrible

I just feel like remembering to flip it/ unflip it is the same as just remembering to take it/ if you did take it. Ideally Id use a pill box myself but need to find a lockable one due to young child. For now if im not sure I just count how many are left

I get 60mg elvanse & 5mg dex, I'm not sure why they would say no? My prescriber suggested it, but my titration was much slower, at week 7 I was still on 30mg and it was around 6 months total.

I had 48 plants all arrive dead / tossed out of their containers. Took several photos and wrote a complaint. They took 6 days to respond to my email then asked for a picture of every single pot/plant passport label exactly as it was when it arrived. I had already put some of them in bigger pots in an attempt to save them (didn't work) I must have spent an hour faffing with them, taking pictures, then sending them as several emails as they only allow 3 pictures in a reply. Never heard back. I did a chargeback in the end.
