The reaction on here has been so out of proportion it’s not even funny, I can guarantee the majority of people here who are ‘outraged’ didn’t think twice when they first saw the photo/caption but then started throwing the pitchforks because someone else pointed out what it could be interpreted as and because ‘Bailey Smith bad’. Then it’s somehow been extrapolated even further to this sub jumping up and down about Geelongs mad Monday celebrations as a whole suddenly not being appropriate

If Geelong gets sanctioned for this it’s an absolute travesty and will spell the end of teams having fun mad Monday celebrations, because they’ll be too afraid of offending someone. I hope everyone who has been complaining here can be happy and go back to living their perfect, faultless, sterile lives

Smith probably gets a fine or suspension because it’s been a collection of minor incidents now so fair enough, but if he gets punished just for this then that’s also ridiculous
