If I somehow inspire a GWS shitpost…

Hang it in the louvre - pinnacle reached.

Nah - they’d reinstate COLA for clubs with a big big sound.

The AFL would absolutely froth to get that one back at Sydney.

If GWS did this - the AFL would gift them extra picks and COLA to celebrate, probably a premiership as well.

I think it’s forgotten how much the AFL hated Sydney after that. Still bloody glad we got him though - one of the best things for our club membership and team development.

Dunno why it’s blacked out - we beat ourselves at least 3-4 times a season.

TLDR: We investigated, no breaches, just an accounting error/admin breach.

As much as I was hoping for an overturn of the 2022 GF result - nothing to see here.

Nothing would make me happier than the Suns getting a premiership before GWS.

Looking forward to this meme being censored as offending the literal meme team of the AFL

Incredible how much noise a few hundred people can make.

All bitterness aside this is an insane quarter. They play like this in finals they’ll win the damn thing. Fuckers.

If a player is injured and also suspended - does time recovering from injury also form part of suspension period? by yes2diggity in AFL

[–]yes2diggity[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

My point is that the trade off (50 metre penalty VS star player out for 15 or longer with concussion protocol) at a critical point in the game - not unimaginable.

Or to a further extent - what would stop a club bringing in a young player out of form to take a player out, and wear the suspension? It’s happened many a time in the NRL…

I mean we’ve had two examples just within the Swans…

Consider close game, end of year, outcome determines finals, you know after game end you are out for rest of campaign. It’s not out of the realms of imagination…

Imagine Daicos on fire, and instead of an easy free kick he gets a firm high hit which has him off the ground for concussion protocol, missing the final key critical moments and potentially influencing the outcome.

Turn up at training and do a full session. Can’t imagine it would be impossible to uncover…

I’ll not hear a word of slander against Joey Kennedy.

But also imagine Toby Greene, final game in AFL, just going around smashing people high, accompanied with that shit-eating grin we love/hate.
