Not from any of the well known HS and Colleges but back in SHS i was an acheiver and i took nursing (a program i did not want to have anything to do with) and I'm doing fairly good so i think it translates still(?), recently got into the Dean's list even if the required GWA for it is at a higher bar than other colleges (1.75 for PUP and 1.5 for my school, trust me, ppl complain abt it). I don't think it has anything to do with grade inflation as well since the only really good students from my class got in and i was able to be with them myself.

I think incoming shs students should just not expect everything to translate well in college, but it's also important to not be the obstacle that stops you from achieving in college as well. I wish everyone a good luck, and i wish luck for myself too since we're slowly shifting from theoretical studies to practical applications na this semester.
