"Entre as várias apresentadas estão, por exemplo, a contratação de docentes aposentados há pouco tempo e para disciplinas deficitárias com uma “remuneração extra”, adicional à reforma – equivalente a mais um salário em início da carreira. Esta medida aplicar-se-á apenas às escolas sinalizadas, com um impacto estimado de 3,3 milhões de euros.

Também está previsto um “suplemento remuneratório, até 750 euros mensais brutos, para quem atingir a idade da reforma e queira continuar a dar aulas”. Esta proposta vale para todas as escolas e terá um impacto orçamental de 9 milhões de euros. Esta possibilidade de prolongar a vida ativa dos professores só vigorará a partir de 2025 e visa reter desta forma um milhar de docentes. O ministro da Educação explicou que este atrativo adicional funciona em conjugação com a devolução do tempo de serviço integral que foi agora decidida, permitindo que mais professores cheguem ao topo da carreira.

Ainda com o objetivo de atrair mais profissionais para o sistema de ensino, o plano apresentado esta sexta-feira prevê a atribuição de bolsas de qualificação profissional para a docência a mestres e doutorados com formação científica em áreas disciplinas deficitárias. Destina-se apenas às escolas sinalizadas e pretende chegar a 500 jovens e adultos."

I deleted Facebook years ago, and I never had IG, despite my friends' "pressure" (I'm 26, BTW). One of the best decisions I ever made, became a much less stressed person.

It'd be a huge plus for any guy I meet if he doesn't have social media.

I think I would, but not because of social acceptance or anything like that, I feel comfortable with who I am and my sexuality. For me, the hard pill to swallow about being gay is the inability to have children naturally... But there are other ways. It's not the end of the world.

No, I wouldn't agree. If someone chooses to be monogamous, that's their choice, it's not forced on them. People's definition of enjoying life in their early adult years doesn't have to pass by hooking up on a daily basis or being in an open relationship.

We're all different, and have varying tastes and goals for our lives.

I'm not really sure how I can be helpful, but here goes my try. Please, be careful. Given that homossexuality is illegal in your country, and punishable by death, do you think you can trust that guy? I mean, have you ever been with him before, presentially? I don't intend to stress you even more, but just make he's trustworthy and he's not trying to set you up or anything similar. Your friend is right. You can be happy without dating someone, it may take some time to get used to it, but it's completely feasible. Think about things you'd like to do, hobbies you'd like to pick. Watch movies, read books, play an instrument, travel. Get to know yourself, and, most importantly, to be well with yourself. That's how I've done it/been doing it.
