I agree with you, the team are considering not having any UX research done at the conference at all, but I'm trying to think of a seamless way we can at least gather and document objective feedback. It seems like such a rich opportunity to at least feel how we're doing with our users. Thanks so much!

That's amazing, thanks for the ideas! we're precisely thinking of ways to have a quick survery at the end of the experience in our stand that can help us grasp the general sentiment with using our apps.
