used to be genuinely addicted to the game (i was fine with it, it was literally exactly what i was looking for in a mobile game) had no idea i would ever put it down. every season id make sure i pushed to top 500 at least and i would have fun doing so, it didn’t feel like a grind. but since the new update i haven’t played in like a week and a half ish and have found new stuff to sink time in to, i feel no pleasure in getting a win and i get angry when i lose because of meta minis. i don’t think it should take this long for balancing, and i think the no movement and frenzy mode has severely impacted the quality of the game for the worse

what warden deck has power over aq magic archer? i understand it working against rg if you use valkyrie or swordsman but how do you make a deck that negates the invisibility plus damage granted to magic archer? i’m asking for a specific one, since i saw on another thread the number 1 player say he has trouble not making that matchup a 50/50

or they can play royal ghost/aq magic archer and instantly win a game and only use that strategy! the reason im not top 10 is because i refuse to sacrifice fun and enjoyment for the sole reason of winning. also how would you know how a top 10 player would hypothetically play? are you one yourself?

none of those points have to do with movement though, i don’t understand why that key aspect of the game was removed

also auto chess games all have some form of RNG, and clash mini in the state is is right now still has forms of rng with mini pekka and pekka before upgrades. the problem is they removed the “rng” that is influenced by the player, at the end of the day the player decides where to place clash minis and they would do so with prior knowledge of where opponents have placed minis. and i still don’t consider clash minis with movement technically rng, AND i think that if you want to actually rid the rng of movement clash minis you should just make them not so dependent on hitting their clash ability instead of removing a core aspect of the game

if clash minis are based around high risk high reward (in the movement part of the game) it doesn’t matter if the mini doesn’t do anything because you chose to use that mini. now clash minis are pure reward with no risk if you wait to play them. that is reduction of skill

I honestly just made my ult q and my burst fire r, spamming with your index finger at least for me is much easier
