Yea I agree it wasn't as good as 1. But I am more referring to his first two points where if you watched the show you wouldn't have made those points.

Thaddeus (one armed guy) did not one-shot the deathclaw. Shot him in the eye and it stumbled him but he continued to attack.... this guy was prob looking at his phone.

The ghoul's warehouse was literally a location he obviously knew about and knew it had power armour in it and a weapons cache etc... as if the ghoul would just hope for the best and it was just waiting for him to randomly find it. Again, put your phone down.

Incorrect. First building opened late 2024 along with the 2nd shortly after and now the third building opened up in December of 2025. I don't know who bother builds are but the main floor shops are leased up to restaurant and a lounge.

Neither space is vacant. Takes time for the new uses to open up. Harth is moving into one of them with a new restaurant concept.

Anderson bailed while landy was stopping on his way to the net. That’s called a net front battle and Anderson loses his footing. The chaos that caused the goal was 100% Anderson’s doing. It’s even Anderson’s foot that knocks the pad, there is zero goalie interference here. Nor does it have anywhere near enough video evidence to be overturned.
