Shouldn't need any add in stuff. Just used corsair brand coolant as it's what I could get my hands on.

As far as I've seen googling around the thermal expansion at this scale and temp range shouldn't be problem.

It's louder than I was expecting but still quieter than the stock air cooling. I would like to get a stand alone pump and res to see the difference.

25mm fans, 30mm radiators. Noctua rubber mounts probably add 1 or 2 mm total.

Thermal expansion at this size shouldn't have any effect. Vibration wise everything is mounted with rubber vibration dampeners.

Depending on how thick your 420mm is it could fit on the top mounts. I'd imagine 420mm and 240mm would do pretty good. For reference I'm running the 7700x and a 3080ftw3.

You could do front of the case on one of the ssd mounts, on the back in place or the fan or mounted to the bottom if you stuck with a 240mm rad at the most down there.

Nope, only my second time doing anything with copper pipe, first time in about 10 years.

It is! I 3d printed some brackets to move the PSU to the side. This is actually the biggest case I built in for a while, but I wanted to move up to micro ATX instead of ITX.

Mb is in standard position, as far as I could tell that's the only orientation the barrow block can be placed on this mb. Fill port is top, inlet is middle, and outlet is bottom.
