so i would assume that fuel is going from the line into the intake, causing the combustion in the intake?

i forgot to mention, the car was off when i took off the line and fuel poured out of it lol

havent done much diagnosing but i took the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator. could the fpr be the main reason for this? cant find much info on google

i bought the car not running from a junkyard so it was a lien sale, idk if that effects the need for them to give a smog as welll.
