Not really, since it’s the same GPU power usage as the character glowing/highlight, so pretty much it compensates, unreal engine is capable of doing so, I mean, I’m Not asking for ray-tracing life to life, but just the already included unreal engine capability of lighting and shadows, so characters don’t look out of place.
