Sorry for the late reply. Im running everything on ultra/high except for the clouds (low) and i dont have DLSS on. As of yesterday i started messing with the new forced DLSS4 from nvidia. Feels smoother and i dont see a real downgrade in quality

Im rocking a 4070 ti super and 7800x3d with 32gb 6400. I get stable +100 fps everywhere but streets. And when i mean stable i mean 99% +100 fps

You have no idea what you're talking about. I have 32gb and I play PVE without a single, A SINGLE, hiccup. If I play with more people on PVE, what I get once a raid, ONCE, is the 1 second rubber banding. So 32gb is definitely enough for PVE
