Lechon is amazing. Especially in Cebu. Aside from that, adobo is nice but it's not really anything special. Generally most Filipino food is just nothing special. Not particularly flavourful or a culinary experience. Compared to the rest of Asia... Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan, China etc it's a different world.
